About abbaCare

Quality, Community Based Care/Support In Brisbane NTH

abbaCare provides a comprehensive range of care services across Brisbane North, extending our trusted support network to Townsville, Cairns, and Campbelltown NSW. Initially focused on NDIS programs, we’ve broadened our services to include professional aged care and DVA support throughout the Brisbane North community. Our NDIS services assist participants with daily living, self-care, and social inclusion, while our aged care team helps seniors enjoy greater comfort and independence at home.

We also offer community nursing and specialist DVA services for veterans. Within SDA and SIL residences, our Brisbane North support staff provide compassionate, personalised assistance to foster independence and wellbeing.

Ryley

Ryley had long desired to go on a holiday on her own with her favourite support staff. This was facilitated by us at abbaCare with funding from the NDIS.⁠ Support workers Shannon and Kylie, supported her on her holiday visiting places of interest and ensuring Ryley had heaps of fun and a holiday to remember
