Personal Care/Supports

The support we provide ranges from simple, practical support with everyday tasks such as cooking, housework, shopping, laundry, paying bills and administrative tasks, through to assistance with personal care including washing, dressing, medication, eating meals, and even higher-level clinical or nursing support.

We individually design and prepare a plan in partnership with the participants to take account of their particular needs, goals and aspirations. We take care to carefully match our staff with our participants to ensure a great fit to complement both skill and personality; it is our aim to provide caring staff who are companions as well as care professionals.

We also understands and encourages the use of respite care which provides a way for the primary carer of a person with a disability to take a break. Respite care provides support for the person with a disability in all their daily activities where they would usually be supported by their carer.
