abbaCare is an organisation that has family values as a service delivery model. At abbaCare we work in partnership with participants, carers, families and stakeholders achieving care/support that is changing the lives of our community members.

We aim to deliver support by helping people identify their potential, support their aspirations, engage with the community and promote overall wellbeing in one’s life.

We aim to bring motivation, encouragement and inclusion where by a participant is able to embrace choice and control. We encourage our participants to try to overcome the limitation of any condition and lead as full a life as possible.

We are about aiming to achieve ones goals with support from our dedicated team and families. We understand that each person has different needs, preferences hence different ways of seeing and approaching the world which is why we focus on shaping your support around you. It is all about the ability not the disability, making one realise their potential
